INTRODUCTION

With over 15 years of experience in the training and service industry, I am a passionate and versatile trainer dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering personal growth. My career began in the food and beverage (F&B) sector, where I spent 7 transformative years, working my way up from a front-of-house server to a member Of the management team, and ultimately becoming the Training Manager for Naza Holdings’ division. During this time, I gained invaluable insights into operations, customer service, and staff development, leading training initiatives for both service staff and management teams.

My experience in the industry is diverse, having worked with American, Italian, and Japanese concepts. I have trained and mentored teams in different environments, from casual dining to more formal settings, always focusing on elevating service standards and ensuring staff are well equipped to meet customer expectations. Working a long side both locals and foreign nationals, I have developed training programs that are adaptable and culturally sensitive, ensuring effective communication and seamless teamwork in any setting.

Beyond the F&B industry, I have expanded my focus to include personal development and sports training. As the Director of Coaching for Little Kickers Malaysia, I lead football-based physical activities for children aged 18 months to 8 years, while also mentoring new coaches. This role has allowed me to harness my coaching skills and leadership experience, guiding young athletes and helping them develop coordination, and self- confidence through fun and engaging activities.

I believe that the essence of is more than just passing on skills—it’s about igniting a passion for continuous learning and personal growth. Whether I am working with toddler, young athletes, service staff, or corporate teams, my mission is to create a learning environment that motivates, inspires, and helps individuals push beyond their limits.
