INTRODUCTION

Patrick Cheah has been involved in the IT and Training industry since 2002. He is very passionate about sharing knowledge and providing technical solutions. A Microsoft Certified Trainer and a member of the Toastmasters International, he has conducted trainings since 2005 to clients from various sectors. Patrick is also involved in writing and publishing online articles, promotional write-ups and event reports in several web portals. Patrick is also involved in developing Lesson Plans, Exercise Files, Assessments and Premium (customised) Courses. In addition, he provides consultation for clients to design or troubleshoot their working files. His training materials are all self-developed based on his past working experience, research and real world scenarios.
