INTRODUCTION

Peter has vast experience in the field of underwriting on General Insurance for almost 35 years in various local and international organizations. He has many years of working experience and exposure in Insurance and Reinsurance companies and has wide exposure in underwriting, reinsurance, risk inspection, loss adjusting, review and training, claims and marketing on general insurance business. Service, marketing, product development, risk survey and loss control inspection, customer service management and audit review. He acquired this skills and knowledge in these related fields through in-house training in London, Munich and in Australia.

He has experience working with English, Malaysian, Japanese, German and Italian insurance companies. He achieved the bottom lines for various companies that he worked with. He had extended his services to the insurance industry and is involved in various committees of Persatuan Insuran Am Malaysia (PIAM), Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) and Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad (MNRB) upon request.

He sets high standards of excellence for himself and his subordinates and he leads his team to success by continuously giving priority in developing the competency of his subordinates and peers by sharing his knowledge, skills and proficiency. He believes in recognition for good work done and is open to change or improvement ideas from his team.
