INTRODUCTION

Rachel Lim obtained her degree in Bachelor of Human Development and Business Management from UPM (University Putra Malaysia).  Since younger days, she has been actively involved in organizing Team Building events and participated in Public Speaking and Debate activities. She has attended numerous personal development and corporate training programs and has then integrated the experience and knowledge in the training programs she conducted.

Rachel has conducted programs on Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Selling Skills, Customer Service Excellence, Credit Report, Digital Marketing and Teambuilding programs. Her highly recommended program is Public Speaking and Customer Service. She has also been coaching her fellow colleagues to plan, organize, and conduct training and events. Rachel loves to conduct her classes with group discussion, role plays, and games or simulations in order to truly engage the participants and deliver an impactful training. She tries to apply the rules of three into her training programs to increase the rate of learning transfer. The 3 elements are learners’ readiness, design for transfer and organizational alignment. If a learning initiative is designed to address these three elements, its impact can increase significantly.

She has designed, spoken and conducted programs to more than 2000 participants from various levels of clients such as children, youth, SMEs and corporate clients. She is able to conduct programs in three main languages of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
