INTRODUCTION

Richard Marian holds Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Hons) in Mechatronics from University of Wolverhampton, UK. He also holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management from University Utara Malaysia. His other academic qualification including Advanced Diploma from Ngee Ann Polytechnic of Singapore and City & Guilds of London Institute Full Technological Certificate. Overall he has more than 30 years of working experience in various industries comprising disk drive, semiconductor, printing, heavy industry and plastic industry. Hence, he is a lecturer for University Malaysia Pahang and University Technology Malaysia for PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM PSH.

Currently, he is employed also by FMM (Federation of Malaysia Manufacturing) Perak and IK Academy as their Corporate Trainer. He is fully certified Train the Trainer under PSMB. And he is the Trainer for Safety Management, Engineering and Maintenance. Hence, during his working years, he has done many internal trainings for his engineering staffs at his workplace.

His expertise at workplace are Engineering management, maintenance management, facilities management, project management, ISO, people management, safety management, contractor management, Plant start-up, spare-part management, Procurement management, CAPEX & OPEX  and Safety Audits.
