Ricky have extensive knowledge in software application, management skills, leading edge technology planning and implementation as well as superior strategic thinking & communication skills.His expertise are in Exchange Server, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008, 2012, Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, Window XP, Vista, 7, 8, Window NT server, Microsoft offices 2003, 2007, 2010, Microsoft Project 2013, 2007 and 2010.

Ricky has more than 20 years of hands-on and theoretical experience in the Windows Server environment with banking application and consultancy experience. His exposure to Windows Servers technology started with Windows NT 3.51. His expertise lies in Active Directory Domain Services, and its networking components, which includes DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, File Services, Access Control, Group Policy, and etc. He has helped various organizations to design and implement the Active Directory.

Ricky has tremendous exposure and experience in Windows Clients since Windows 95. He has helped various organizations to design and implement the big-bang rollout, upgrade and maintenance of the desktop environment of various bank and hospital industry. With 20 years of hands-on, project and theoretical experience in the Microsoft SQL Server Databases since SQL Server 6.5, Ricky has helped various organizations, includes bank and insurance company, to perform system health check and performance tuning for their database server. He is a master in helping organization to resolve mystery database issue happen in real-life production environment.
