Riza carries with her a wealth of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. Having served for 23 years with the award-winning Malaysia Airlines, Riza’s exposure and strength in this area is World Class level. She is focused in sharing and imparting her vast knowledge and experience by guiding and instilling First Class Attitude in others regardless of their background or the industry that they are in.
Riza is a certified trainer with a certification from University Malaya and has conducted and assisted various trainings and workshops with government agencies, airline academies, corporate and private organisations such as Petronas, UEM, Protasco, UniKL, MARA, Takaful, UIA, Asian School Banking and others.
She is highly qualified in motivating others especially in areas of customer service, hospitality, self enhancement-confidence building, communication, grooming and personal image.
