INTRODUCTION

Robert Siva has obtained his professional education in Master in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University (UK). He holds other certifications such as Profession Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain from the School of Professional Executive Education and Development (Asia E University) Malaysia, Certified Assessor under the Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan and is a Certified HRDC Trainer.
Robert has a total 33years experience in the corporate world specialized in Human Resources Management and Supply Chain he has 17 years of experience in training and people development.
In his Human Resources & Supply Chain career, he dealt with various Government agencies which includes Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, HRDC, SOCSO, EPF, Malaysian Customs Department nationwide, Malaysian Investment Development Authorities (MIDA) on exemptions and Ministry of Trade and Industry (MITI) on Tax preferences and compliances and Ministry of Finance on Approvals and Inquiries on Tax Exemptions. With his capabilities and experience in handling various departments he was hand-picked to Head the HR Department as the Group Human Resources Manager before he pursued his passion in training and consultancy.
As a Group Human Resources Manager, he was handling the entire human resources activities in the organization with the influence of Union bodies (MTUC). He conducted Domestic Inquiries and its processes, attended IR cases and liaison with the Labour Department and hearings in the Industrial court. He also has experience in handling Immigration requirements and interviewing foreign workers in our country. He has expertise in handling grievances of local and foreign employees, training and coaching staffs of the company and developing attitudes and coaching.
He started his training career from 2006 and had conducted training for many industries on Supply Chain subjects such as Warehouse operations and Inventory control , Purchasing and Negotiations Skills, Procurement Management, Malaysia Customs Procedures & Documentation, Import & Export documentation, Inco Terms, Letter of Credit and HR subject which covers Malaysian Labour Law 1955, Termination and Disciplinary actions, Recruitment, Selection & Orientation, Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Leadership, Supervisory and other programs as requested by clients from time to time.
He is one of the best sought after trainer for training providers such as Asif International, Exporters, SP Training, QMTC, HR Forum Malaysia, Big Berry, AEP, PM Resources, Wiracle and many more.
Robert has been training and developing many employees and staffs locally and internationally. With 17 years of vast experience, he has also completed several consultancies in Human Resources development and re-engineering of Logistics & Supply Chain.
