INTRODUCTION

Sandra Yang graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) in I.T. Management from Staffordshire University, U.K. She holds professional certificates such as Certified Risk Professional (CRP) BAI (US), 2007 – Banking and Financial, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), U.S., 2005.
Her working experiences are diversified from providing consultancy work, performing technology security and control review, project management, performing risk assessment, impact analysis and implementation of business solutions. She has worked with different multi-national companies ranging from telecommunications, manufacturing, banking and financial institution, consulting to insurance. Her experience in sharing knowledge, is articulate, natural and intuitive. She had been awarded Who’s Who Historical Society, US for her achievement and contributions to the business community.
During her employment tenure, Sandra has shared her knowledge by conducting numerous in-house training programs, coaching and has organized training and development for her department. She has also conducted external training for companies. She also lectured at Wawasan Open University for three years.
Her expertise includes technical and technology subjects, project planning, reviewing technology gaps, setup Microsoft project plan and resources and project implementation.
She likes to provide case studies and experience the joy of finding solutions with her participants. The training is conducted in an environment that encourages maximum absorption of knowledge. She will highlight issues and capture her participants focus to better recall and internalize training objectives and outcome.
Her mission is to provide good business values through her training and shorten the time frame of an individual learning curve.
