INTRODUCTION

Shager a highly motivated South East Asia (SEA) level Trainer has an extensive work experience of 25 years. He carries a wide-ranging experience of more than 20 years with many Public Listed Companies in Malaysia. His contribution to enriching people’s experiences is supported in training with “Real Experiences Sharing” and not notes bound. Having shouldered responsibilities from Quality to Engineering and Operations, he brings a wealth of corporate experience which reinforces his skills to impact and connect with the audiences. Shager has above 2500 participants across all levels starting from Malaysia and other SEA countries. Shager holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical field and MBA from Twin tech University, Malaysia. He is also a certified trainer with HRDC Malaysia.

Shager is a very jovial person and willing to extend help to participants until they get it. Very approachable and blend into trainees fast during training.
