Siva Ganasan has more than 25 years of work experience from multiple ISO-certified companies, in the engineering , quality ,manufacturing and operational sections. He has broad experience and exposure in creating ISO awareness and has led teams to promote and implement ISO work culture in various organizations. He was also actively involved in various problem-solving programmes, failure mode analysis activities and hands-on with various type of problem-solving methodology. Beside technical methodologies, managing local and foreign human resources correctly is always a significant part of his programmes.
During his employment with various companies, he has helped to set up the whole structure in order to adopt an ISO work culture. He also has set up quality departments, production sections and Admin/HR to achieve excellent results as desired by the company’s top management.
For the past 10 years, he has made himself actively involved in facilitating internal and external training and also managing HR & operations to maximizing utilization of manpower in the organisation that he is attached with. He is well aware and has vast knowledge in training need analysis, facilitate relevant training, and conduct training effectively for short and long terms.
A number of manufacturing companies have engaged Siva Ganasan to examine risks and potential failure modes for planned or existing processes or operations. He always reports to the top management with HIRAC or HAZOP reports based on the client’s requirements.
As a HRDC certified trainer, Siva Ganasan is also active in providing training and consulting various levels of staffs and businesspersons with soft skill trainings such as Communication, leadership, Process Approach , Teamwork , Problem Solving , building ability to work under pressure , flexibility, etc. He also conducts and consults on the implementation of 5S, logistics Management ,Effective Reporting , traceability, and, very importantly, ISO 9001 and 14001 awareness and implementations.
Currently, Siva Ganasan is also active in conducting team-building programmes for SME and larger cooperation with both in-door and out-door options.
