INTRODUCTION

The trainer holds a Bachelor of Science qualification from the Universiti Putra Malaysia and is certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Assessor. With more than 8 years of experience in the field of quality training, he is most certainly among one of the reputable speakers in the local training industry. Taking the trainer profession seriously he specializes in the quality domain, helping individuals and organizations in achieving quality excellence.

Over the years the trainer has designed, developed and delivered many programs such as ISO 9000 Q.M.S., QS 9000 / TS 16949 Technical Specification, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control, Quality Control Circles (QCC), 7QC, 5S, Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM), 8D, Measurement System Analysis, Internal Quality Audit, Vendor/ Supplier Audits, Team Building, Executive Development, Coaching, etc. As a certified Lead Assessor, Sudesh has conducted numerous second party audits (both adequacy and compliance) on quality systems. Sudesh strongly believes training must be extremely practical in order to drive effective results. Training must be “participant friendly” and stimulating while consultancy is delivered in a disciplined and result-oriented approach.

Many participants that have attended his program find his training style very effective. Being a resourceful person he takes delicate care in not over-taxing participants with too much of information at one time. He ensures that participants are exposed to new ideas and concepts in stages, with full understanding of the previous modules / lessons. He also ensures plenty of hands-on activities to enhance the learning process and at the same time keep participants motivated throughout the lessons.
