INTRODUCTION

Venugopal been involved in training organization in six sigma, process improvement, analytics and other related subject for the last 7 years.
He has spent about 11 years in major MNC, where he is exposed to many real-life case studies in many engineering and high technology manufacturing. He was trained in Six Sigma methodology in Freescale Semiconductor (previously Motorola Inc).
His well versed in his subject matters and very passionate about sharing is knowledge with everyone. In his previous experience he has been training and mentoring many green and belt black candidates. Additionally, he was also involved in analytics method and system development spearheading analytics and big data culture in the organization which he was engaged
