• AkzoNobel Packaging Coatings- automation of all legal entity reports, roll-through reports, topline reports and conference call report in Asia.
• Hong Leong Bank Bhd- implemented ITSM Financial Management; increased maturity level audit score from 1.6 to 3.0; rolled-out ITSM cost model roadmap.
• Sheraton Penang Hotel- converted the hotel’s loss position into a 8-fold GOP by 2005 year-end.
• Sheraton Labuan Hotel- Achieved actual GOP (RM2,492K), exceeding budgeted GOP by RM726K in 2005; achieved Starvoice index (the associate satisfaction index) of 4.5 out of the total score of 5 in 2005; improved brand standard audit score by 10% in 2004.
• Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort- increased short term investments by RM10 million over a 12 month period thus enabling hotel renovation to take place; achieved the 2003 budget by 105% in GOP.
• Launched and drove Six Sigma projects at 3 hotels.
