Wong Huan King also known as Max is a trainer that very passionate in Leadership and Communication. He conducted several workshops to the youth in Malaysia across university on the topic of 21st Century Leadership and Key in influencing others. He believes developing the youth to make them equip for the exponential experience in the cooperate world.

Through his experience as a Southern Branch Manager of Training.com Asia, he overturns a branch of 3 staff to 12 staffs and making them well known again in the southern region. His believe in communicate to yourself and others with a strong why make him different from others. Lastly, he always believes on one shall not stop realize that learning is an ongoing process until the last day of our life.

Aside that his deep enthusiasm in adult learning, he has also successfully demonstrated his capability and enthusiasm in developing and delivering various soft skill trainings through his state-of-the-art experiential learning approach to embed learners to ‘SEE” and “THINK” in various perspectives while “LISTEN” to diverse thoughts in order to establish the “FEEL” to adopt and put learning into practice. In addition to his outstanding Train-The-Trainer program, his area of expertise within the soft skills training includes Managerial & Executive Development, Situational Leadership & Team Building, Inner Self Discovery, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Supervisory Competency and Interpersonal Communication and many others. Among the Client he served will be Oracle Corporation, Cape Industries, Flex, Antah Group, Chin Hin Group, Technip Group, Amway, Honda, Mondelez Malaysia, Smiths Detection etc.
