INTRODUCTION

KNY has developed more than 10 youth empowerment training include his signature program “Breaking the Communication Gap, Discovery!! Man in Mirror, Breakthrough!! Man in Mirror and Matrix of Dynamic Team. KNY  discovers his passion in speaking ever since he is young. Wherever there is public speaking, debates, or presentation in his school time, he will be very excited to be one of the speaker and he always have a lot of idea to present the topic. However, he didn’t take any action because he thought he is not good enough.

This doesn’t stop him and at the year of 2011 or at the age of 22, he started his career as first aid trainer. He gone through a lot of disagreement, challenges and suppress especially from older generation due to his young. But he never gives up and he always consult senior trainer from his field. Besides that, he gets himself certify as DC trainer and NLP practitioner. The most memorable testimonial for him are “I never though a Gen Y trainer can do so well, participant from Petronas Lubricant(Melaka)”. Hence TODAY, he wanted to inspire talent to live up to their talent as young as possible, helping youth to discover their own talent and breakthrough their own comfort zone.

He always ensures he deliver the highest standard of training and he do a lot of role play, games and activities to enhance learning. He believes the best way to learn is “DO IT, EXPERIENCE IT AND HAVE FUN” In his career, he trained more than 200 company from SME to MNC and has trained more than 5000 first aider.
