Xavier John Anniah or Xavier Johnson holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) University Malaya, MSBS (IMC) United Kingdom and has been in the training and consulting firm for more than 20 years in the areas of Business Improvement, Strategic Leadership, Organization Development & Transformation, Human Resource and Training.

He is a highly hands-on Strategic Organization and Business Improvement Consultant who had facilitated the improvement, growth and renewal of many companies to regain their competitive edge in the market. As a result of his broad spectrum of experience in training and consulting covering many industries and management disciplines, he has pioneered and implemented an Integrated Business Improvement System for aligning and harnessing the people, process & system components in an organization for OPTIMUM Performance. He has been managing his own training and consulting firm for 18 years. Before embarking on his training career, he was a banker for 10 years focusing on Credit Processing, Marketing & Selling, TQM and Change Management with two leading banks.

He has facilitated many Top Team workshops on Strategy, Visioning, Leadership & Change Management, KPI’s and etc. His clients are from the industries of Banking, Utilities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Trading, Insurance, Construction ranging from SME’s to MNC’s. He has also done extensive consulting assignments translating strategy and culture into daily management systems where he is able to align and empower leaders, Leaders, Managers and Executives with the right dynamics and mechanics to drive and deliver business results.
