INTRODUCTION

Trainer Zakaria  has more than 25 years working experience with 15 years in Safety, Health and Environment Management. His vast experiences were obtained when he was given the opportunities to serve industries in Natural Rubber Latex / Synthetic Polymers & Petrochemical Based Products Manufacturing Plants, Oil &Gas, Fabrication Company, Contract Safety & Health Officer for Plant shut-down works and Laboratory Testing Services & Industrial Consultancy.

He registered with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) as competent person to carry out Chemical Health Risk Assessment and Industrial Hygiene Technician Services to various Industries. He was past member of Chemical Industry Council of Malaysia and actively involved in SHE Programmes organised by the Council (Southern Region).He is a trained Safety Officer and also a Registered Chemist with Malaysian Institute of Chemistry (AMIC) and Associate Member of Malaysian Industrial Hygiene Association (MIHA).

His present scope of work include Industrial Consultancy, Environmental & Occupational Safety Monitoring Services which deals with regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting with respect to Environmental Quality Act 1974 or Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and their respective Regulations. He is also a qualified trainer on subjects of Chemical Safety Management & Industrial Hygiene Services.

 He has developed many training programs, among which are:
