Course Objectives

• Upgrade an existing quality/environment/OHS management system to meet ISO 9001/14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Aware and understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• To understand internal and external issues impacting an organization (either risk or opportunity) and taking action to reduce risk or exploit the opportunity, designing management systems to support action plan, monitor and make continual improvement.
• Conclude the major impact of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements to their own ISO 9001:2008 QMS.
• Learn about OHSAS safety management system

Target Audience

This course is intended for company personnel who are considering the development and implementation of a Quality/Environment Management System that meeting ISO 9001/14001/ISO 45001 to achieve third party certification, and is particularly relevant to the ISO 9001/14001/ISO 45001 steering group representative.

Methodology

This programme involves a wide range of learning approaches, including self – assessment, case studies, small group activities and discussions, interactive lectures, experimental learning group assignments and exercises and presentation and critique.
