Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Course Objectives

The course gives participants an education and practice of the important TPM pillar called Quality Maintenance. This is the way to work towards a goal of Zero Quality Defects by creating conditions where equipment is in the as it should be condition. The participants will learn how to face the challenge of zero machine caused quality defects and understand the mechanisms behind machine conditions and quality defects and learn how to eliminate chronic quality defects. Participants will gain the followings :-
