INTRODUCTION

Trainer Zakaria graduated with a Bachelor Degree of  Human Sciences in Psychology from IIUM; a Diploma In Public Administration from ITM and a Diploma In Translation in Mass from DBP-PPM).  He has more than 10 years of working experiences in various sectors such as banking, IIUM Matriculation Centre, private college, training and consultancy company and non-government organization (NGO).   His blended experiences and knowledge in training and education in various organization utilizes and benefits various organizations in both government and private sectors in Malaysia.

His more than 10 years involvement in training and consultancy helps him to be one of trainers that having a unique and creative approach and methodologies in the fields of Neuro-Semantics-Neuro Linguistic Programming (Neuro-Semantics, NLP, Hypnosis and Time-Line) and Neuro-Psycho Programming – NPP) and human and organization integrated development.

Among his programmes in high demand are Corporate Team Synergy Programme (team building programme), Supervisory Programme, Sikap Kerja Positif & Produktif dan Kursus Etika Kerja & Budaya Kerja Cemerlang and Pengurusan Integriti : Mengukuhkan Penjiwaan Nilai Etika Kerja & Menjana Budaya Kerja Cemerlang. Through his training and consultancy services, he successfully helped few companies getting their ISO 9000:2000 certification which audited by SIRIM, BVQI and SGS, and established the company Quality Management System.
