Course Objectives

Identify issues, meanings, purpose, objective, roles and functions of ICC project team.
Identify, analyse and solving critical work related problem through ICC project by manipulating various quality tools and procedures effectively.
Able to design ICC pre-poposal for management’s approval based on Malaysia Productivity Corporation’s (MPC’s) project charter.
Present and handling questions and answers related to their ICC project in accordance to MPC ICC judging criteria.
Idetify challenges in executing ICC project and designing advance plan of action to overcome the challenges.

Target Audience

This program is suitable for Existing ICC team members consists of, approximately 10 persons. The training is designed to accommodate maximum 35 participants per session.

Methodology

This stimulating program will maximizes the understanding and learning through Interactive lecture, group discussion, group presentation, questions and answer, team activity, management games and reflective learning

Trainer Zakaria graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Human Sciences in Psychology from IIUM; a Diploma In Public Administration from ITM and a Diploma In Translation in Mass from DBP-PPM). He has more than 10 years of working experiences in various sectors such as banking, IIUM Matriculation Centre, private college, training and consultancy company and non-government organization (NGO). His blended experiences and knowledge in training and education in various organization utilizes and benefits various organizations in both government and private sectors in Malaysia.
