Course Objectives

Understand what consist manual handling and how it relates to injuries at workplace
Learn the safety and health risks of manual handling in short and long term
Understand the hazards associated with manual handling and what control measures that can be taken to reduce the risks of injury from manual handling

Target Audience

This course is designed for materials handling workers, staffs in warehouse and logistics department, forklift operators

Methodology

The methodology of this course is combinations of lecture session, group discussion and presentation, case studies, demonstration, practical workplace inspection and video presentations.
