Target Audience

Creating an opportunity for teams to identify a common goal, solve problems, assign responsibility, encourage each other and integrate their talents to reach their goal.

Methodology

Experience Sharing – Guided interactive Learning.

A systematic debriefing approach in helping participants to:

• Identify the positive and negative aspects of the learning
• Build on the positive aspects to gain more value
• Develop ideas to overcome or improve on the negative aspects
