INTRODUCTION

Alexis Chuah is a corporate trainer and employee engagement consultant. A former communication professional, she is no stranger to aligning all levels of employees with strategic corporate objectives, working in close collaboration with senior management teams.

Her most recent projects include:

–             An employee engagement initiative involving >1000 survey respondents from >10 luxury automobile dealerships across Thailand resulting in >30 action item commitments from the dealership senior management teams;

–             A 360-degree leadership survey rollout and training for a 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur during which she trained the HR team and briefed the hotel’s senior mangement team on the content and objectives of the survey involving 17 key leaders and managers; and

–             A global SMART goal-setting program for a multinational company involving employees in 8 countries including China, Singapore, and the US, during which she worked closely with the HR and C-Suite leaders to incorporate organizational objectives into the training content.

She is also a behavior designer with a background in corporate communications, experienced in working with company leaders on employee communication, change communication and media strategies in countries including Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea. Alexis has prepared executives in various countries to meet the press, founded a women’s group, and led teams to implement initiatives to boost employee morale in Malaysia and Singapore – giving her extensive experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing different stakeholders in different cultures. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Communication from Monash University Malaysia. She has designed and facilitated 360-degree feedback surveys, trainings and workshops for companies including OSRAM (OS), Boston Scientific, Motorola Solutions, Intel, Grant Thornton, Toyota Capital, X-FAB Sarawak, Silterra, BMW Thailand and Frencken Group, with participants from countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, Switzerland and the Netherlands.Alexis is certified in DISC personality profiling, behavioral design and neurolinguistic programming, and is also a Certified Trainer under HRDCorp Malaysia.
