INTRODUCTION

Andrew work closely with youth and young adults through experiential learning. Andrew belief learning through doing creates bigger impact on participants mind that helps them to remember better and understand clearer picture.

Casual with the intention to optimize bring out the best potential of individual is what Andrew aims to bring into his training programs, to create a positive and experiential learning environment that would lead to positive learning experiences for those who take the learning journey with him.

Andrew has total of 13 years’ experience of managing human resources, outdoor activities such as water rafting, wall climbing, zipline, and various types of team dynamic activities that glue the team together and working together. He has train day care centre, primary school, secondary school to college, uni and corporate clients.

With all the experience he has, Andrew is committed to bring fun in his program as he also belief having fun in learning helps learner learn best.
