INTRODUCTION

I am an HR practitioner with over 25 years of experience in various industries. In my role as an HR generalist, I have hired, coached, motivated and mentored new hires and existing employees in sales, marketing, customer services, compliance, and finance. I was also involved actively in conducting training programs for different groups of employees.

Before embarking into the HR field, I was a Writer and Editor of several trade magazines in Malaysia, namely Retail World Asia and Hospitality Asia. 

I am a Certified NLP Practitioner from Neuro-Semantics Institute, USA, I also hold the CC (Competent Communicator) title from the Toastmasters Club.

Academically, I have a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from University of Wales TSD, UK, Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT, Australia, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Australia and Train the Trainer Certificate from HRDC (Human Resource Development Council).     

I was a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) and Panel Member (Employer) of the Industrial Court of Malaysia. I have been a HR Consultant and Trainer since January 2018.

Through my experience in working at various industries, I bring a wealth of experience and share real-life important scenarios into the programs that I deliver. These scenarios are to enable the participants to visualize the problems/issues and come up with solutions after which I share the best practices.
