She studied and worked in the United States where she developed and prac- tised her skills in clinical, inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and community nutrition. She has diverse experience which includes school nutrition education, dietetics and nutrition counselling, nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy for cancer, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, weight management, cardiovascular disease, nutrition support, geriatrics, hypertension, and kidney disease.

Charity has always been interested in creating awareness and disease prevention for the public through diet, nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle changes. She has always believed that God created various kinds of foods with different types of colours and nutrients to provide for our body’s needs. She also believes that if food can make you fall sick, food may also be the cure for you. With her beliefs, she is fervent about helping and guiding people to achieve and improve the quality of health, lifestyle, and wellness by delivering scientific evidence-based information and knowledge to the public and the community.
