INTRODUCTION

The Trainer has been actively involved in the field of safety & emergency care by joining LIVE and LEARN Training Services as an Assistant Trainer.  Due to his outstanding performance and dedication, he was promoted as Lead Trainer in 2006.He has   successfully completed the First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor Development course, was accredited as an Instructor by Emergency Care of Safety Institute, USA and was approved as a certified trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Bhd (PSMB)

In the past 10 years, he has trained more than 10,000 participants from over 400 corporate companies from small medium industry to multinational corporation such as Petronas Carigali, Sime Darby, MISC Bhd, Bank Negara Malaysia, Suria KLCC, Alamanda Shopping Centre Putrajaya, TNB, Felda Holdings Bhd, Celcom, Digi, Sunway Construction, MRCB Engineering, New Era College, Air Products STB, Gas Malaysia, VS Industry Bhd, National Semiconductor, Sharp Roxy and many more.

Chiew’s interest   in emergency and non-emergency ambulance services stems from his long and active involvement with St. John Ambulance Malaysia. He was appointed Officer-In-Charge of the Highway Emergency Ambulance Services where he provided pre-hospital care to victims of motor vehicle accidents.

He is also a Committee Member of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) of St. John Ambulance Malaysia of Johor State.  CERT is a special team which provides medical support and rescue operation whenever disaster strikes in a community.  Being a State Staff Officer in St. John Ambulance, he is in charge of youth training and development for all St. John members and also serves as a trainer for National Service Programmed for Community Service module in University Technology Malaysia.

Chiew is an energetic trainer known for his animated and lively presentation skills that emphasizes on knowledge, skill and attitude. He strong hopes his training sessions will inspire more people to be good Samaritans.
