Edwin has been working in the IT industry since 2005 and exposed to all the common challenges faced by IT personnel. With his years of experience working with business and management, IT services and end users, he understands the importance of business value, infrastructure efficiency and user productivity. He shares his passion in Microsoft Server Systems, Messaging Infrastructure, Cisco and Juniper routing and switching as well as ITIL. His proficiency in security solutions covers network to endpoint and he shares his knowledge in both his projects and training.

He has successfully managed and implemented projects with disparate hardware and software applications. His key areas of work have been on various platforms using Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Servers, Cisco Routers and Switches, McAfee Security, ArcSight SIEM, Akamai CDN, Windows Client Deployment and Migration. Managing costs in terms of green IT, he is always at the forefront with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
