Izham has 14 years of teaching background with 4 years in the academic department of a public university followed by corporate clienteles in the later years. Since becoming a corporate trainer, Izham has been helping office workers all over cope with data and document volumes in digital form to become efficient and come out being smart office workers. Done through exposing useful shortcuts to preparing templates and creating customized tools in Microsoft Office.

Apart from conducting standard Microsoft Access sessions, Izham has been involved in the process of developing several database projects and has also conducted in house workshops tailored to a client’s specific need. The scope of the workshop is based on the real project requirements of the client.

In his recent 6 years as an instructor to information workers, Izham has created or assisted in the creation of many templates which includes a level of automation in them for those from the Human Resource to Operations as well as the Finance department.

With his background as a programmer, Izham has been able to assist many corporate clients get through the processing of multiple documents by implementing programmed solutions in Excel. This includes running simulations, creating data extraction tools as well as dashboards.
