INTRODUCTION

KK works from the angle of using his talents of Contribution to support, winning through achieving perfection and accomplishment, discovering to uncover the real essence of what is the root cause, connecting to make and build new relationships that evolve into long lasting unions that create results and to catalyze change by encouraging others to kick-start positive change. All these guiding principles when focused on the development of people worked towards encouraging him to step out as a trainer, to give him the avenue to share his unique talents.

To date KK has facilitated over 300 successful events ranging from as little as 10 participants to the largest of 1200 participants. Hence the words assisting and enhancing are held very close to him and all he does. He also speaks and writes Mandarin, English and Malay with ease and is no stranger to smoothly swapping between the 3 in his training programs to ensure maximum learning and comfort for participants in his programs.
