Trainer Janson

Since 1995, Mr. Janson has attended his first photography training conducted by Photo Creator Malaysia. He has begin his journey as photographer since then. With the 25 years’ experience, Janson has involved in most kind of photography services and one of the most highlight is organizing a group photo shooting of more than 500 Pax in a group within 30 minutes. This remarkable achievement has made him popular in the industry by his leadership and organizing skill.

Janson has trained more than 100 photographers in the past ten years since he started to be a trainer in 2009. He also conducts courses from basic photography to professional photography for not only people who are planning to join the field but also people who are hobby in photography.

He is experienced since year 1999 in photographer that focusses in the following skills:

• Conduct training to photographer team, monitor and lead the team to contribute shooting for 150 convocation ceremony per year.

• Manage a team of photographers to commit for more than 100 events per year for the company.

• Provide training and skill development for staff.

• Lead the team for large group photo – more than 300 pax.

Janson is also skilled in conducting Becoming a Professional Photographer. Throughout his career, he has coached numerous personnel to achieve their targets and career goals. He continues to share his experience and know-how to help others in all his training sessions. He uses a practical, targeted, process-oriented, data-driven approach. He believes in interactive training where all share knowledge to achieve a common goal. He also strongly believes that everyone has a good idea and an answer to their own challenges, some simply need a little encouragement and guidance to properly develop and implement it.
