INTRODUCTION

Leela is a trainer, speaker and consultant both in the local and international circle. She uses real life examples and interactive exercises that make her presentation alive and easily understood.  She has 22 years of working experience ranging from banking to sales force and manufacturing before embarking into training and consultancy. She started her career in the banking industry and followed on into MNC and education, having held positions as Bank Executive, Training Executive, Sales Manager, Training Manager, College Business Department Head and Consultant. She has in depth experiences of many industries namely MNC’s, SME and SMI’s and its full spectrum of training and development. She has trained participants from Asia Pacific, Middle East, India, CHINA and the African Continent like OMAN, SUDAN. 

She enhances her training with exposure to organizational changes, human capital development and performance towards productivity. Her training and development work experience includes new business development, motivational, improving service productivity, personal development, change management, performance management and organizational consultancy. Leela’s training has always been evaluated “excellent” as well as exciting, fun and learning made easy to apply.

She was also a consultant with a hotel group and manufacturing firm to uplift their performance capacity in course of change management. Having developed the full spectrum of consultancy, she has marketed, coordinated and conducted training programs for the Corporate & manufacturing industries for the past 10 years.
