INTRODUCTION

Azura is a Certified Trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad and has been conducting training for Malaysian Training Providers for various topics on Management, Administration and Customer Service.

Azura has served many conglomerates for more than 22 years in Secretarial, Office Management and Administration as Executive Assistant, Manager in Liaison and Events involving external parties including Ministries and Government Agencies, Managing Protocols with Ministers and designitories, Managing HR in Manufacturing Industries, fronting services with KPJ Healthcare Group, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (KWAP) and International Medical University (IMU) are among the established organisations she had served.

Azura has attended many courses including Customer Driven Organisation, Presentations Alive, Creative Thinking and Innovation – The De Bono Six Hats, Managing Expectations, Tasks and Time, The Secretary in Management Today and Interpersonal Communications and hence she is ready to impart her knowledge and experience through soft-skills training. Upon her completion of the Six Thinking Hats Methods training in 2013, she was inducted into the Worldwide Network of creative and constructive thinkers.

As Internal Facilitator at IMU, Azura has facilitated sessions for Presentations Skills, actively participated in a committee for IMU Core Values Committee and facilitate the IMU Core Values workshops, facilitate IMU Team Leaders meeting and Team Building for IMU Management Team (Academic & Non Academic including the President, Vice Chancellor and top Management team, and Lecturers).

As a freelance trainer, Azura has co-facilitated various training in Administration and Office Management, Grooming, Teambuilding and Customer Service. She is currently engaged in Customer Service Excellence training for the largest retail convenient stores of 7 Eleven Malaysia nationwide.
