Extensive experience with local and multinational company i.e Samsung SDI Malaysia, Commerce Assurance Bhd Murphy Oil Corp and Sapura Group. His forte is on Talent Management, Performance Management System, Competency Management System, Industrial Marketing Strategist, Balance Score Card and Learning & Development excellence.
Rizal has hands on experience in implementing the whole concept of Talent Management in Murphy to support Petronas Inspiration to develop local talent. He is also extremely passionate in Coaching and Mentoring application to business formation and development, Training Need Analysis Mastering Coach, Individual performance & motivation.
Having bachelor’s Degree in business administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia and Master’s Degree in business administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA. In the corporate world, Rizal had been trained in Accredited Organisation Development Practise (UK), HAY methodology (JA, JE, HAY point), DDI selection method, Licensed Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Project Management by Kepner Tregoe.
