Salim has years of strong experience in the services and retails industry. His experience in the field of marketing, training, management and strategy is profound and rooted in deep hands on experience and always inspiring and elevates the mind. He likes to destroy calcified negative Mental Models with facts and he has done it many times in the past, present and in the future.

He is passionate about Culture, Religion, Mental Models and the nature of Thought and Mind. He is an Inward Inquirer and and likes to ask questions like WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU and What is, is the reality.

His thinking is shaped by the works of Drucker, Kotler, Mintzberg, Anthony Robbins, Noel Tichy, Ram Charan Sun Tzu, Covey, Kenichi Ohmea, Imai, Demings, Juran, Jim Collins, Karen Armstrong, Osho, John Maxwell, Jim Collins, Buddha, Bandler and Jiddu Krisnamurthi.

He is a voracious reader. He likes flamenco music for its sheer passion and energy. His motto in life is do what you can with what you have, where you are! Besides English and Malay Language, he speaks French, Urdu, and Indonesian language too. He loves to do Bird watching. His favorite destination is Fraser’s Hill and Bangkok.

Achievements:

Salim was also involved in a business consultancy project in Middle East. He analyzed the operations, marketing, training, supply chain, supplier selection, product design, positioning strategy and to implement the project in Malaysia and South East Asia. He has trained many people from various walks of life, age and profession.
