INTRODUCTION

Tarmizi  43 years old, married with 4 kids and from  Gunung Rapat Ipoh. His qualification is Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from The University of Michigan with 23 years’ experience in handling of full HR spectrum with 12 years in Managerial level and 7 years in handling of group HR. Along  his carrier  in Human Resource, he was rewarded as a best Manager for Cooperative in Malaysia from KPDNKK through Maktab Koperasi Malaysia in year 2014. In year 2016, he was certified  as a trainer from Human Resource Development Fund (HRDC). Good knowledge with experience in handling Employment Act 1955 and other relevant Malaysian Employment regulation, Industrial Relation and Employment Relation, Recruitment, Payroll, Domestic Enquire Process, S.O.P Trainer, Making of Employment Handbook, measuring in KPI, Team Building Trainer etc. 

His  experience started in year 1996, he begin his carrier with Yamaha Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd based in Ipoh for 10 years as Human Resource and Administration Executive, 3 years in Invasion Recruitment Consultancy Sdn Bhd as Human Resource Manager/Operation with my last position as Branch Manag er in Johore Baharu ,2 years in Tan Chong Group, 6 years Koperasi Permodalan FELDA Berhad and 2 years in Acty Consultancy.
