Course Objectives

This training programme provides the participants with the basic information on LEAN Manufacturing. The participants will be exposed on 7 waste and Kaizen Methodology to eliminate it. This will help establish an effective baseline towards continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

At the end of this programme, participants should be able to:

Understand the basic concept of LEAN Manufacturing
Recognize the SEVEN (7) wastes at the workplace
Adopt the Kaizen Methodology to eliminate waste
Engaging management in LEAN manufacturing

Azman Ithnin is an experience Engineering Manager for a multinational corporation (MNC). He completed 5 years of military skill training while studying at the Royal Military College in Malaysia. From a humble background of a small village in Johor, he was always seen as a bright and straight A’s student since his tender years. He obtained multiple scholarships during his years of study since the age of 13 years old. He believes that knowledge is “power” to everything that we do.
