Course Objectives

  Upon completion of the SPM Training denotes that the individual possesses the basic knowledge in the principles and terminology which is aligned to  A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management’s generally recognized as good practice.

  The knowledge to be gained from attending this SPM training can be applied to the real-life projects and consequently can help develop sound competence in the practice of project management.
