Target Audience

Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Executives who need to understand how they relate the others and modify their communication to be more effective in their interactions in order to achieve positive outcomes. Executives who need to learn how to achieve results through others by being an effective coach that encourages, confronts, challenges, questions while maintaining respect and supporting their employees in developing and achieving their goals.

Methodology

This course is highly interactive and uses diverse teaching methods (i.e., lectures, self-assessments role-plays, group discussions, activities, and videos) to accommodate different learning styles. This training will also leverage on participant’s personal life and work experiences.
