INTRODUCTION

Ms Analiza was trained in handling a wide range of legal works which believes has enabled her to have a good and strong analytical, problem solving, research, coordination and organizational skills and knowledge base beneficial to establishment.

She is conversant in the areas of civil, corporate and commercial litigation (8 years & 2 months) and thereafter, stretching and diversifying her practice into Conveyancing/Property, Banking, Finance, Commercial & Corporate (3 years & 2 months). After almost 12 years gathering an adequate legal knowledge and experience in legal practice in a few legal firms, she was ready and confident to join corporate practice for company to share her legal knowledge and experience which gained from practicing in legal firms.

In January 2012, she ceased practicing as an advocate & solicitor with legal firm and joined a company as the Group Legal Manager and thereafter on 01.08.2012, she joined PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB) and seconded to Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division as a Senior Legal Counsel in Contract Vetting Section (SCM Legal) of Governance & Compliance Department. All together she has 19 years legal experiences.
