Andy is a Trainer, Facilitator and a Team Transformation Coach. He makes use of fun, experiential, mentally stimulating activities that focus on Collaboration, Creativity, Experiential Learning and Reflective Practice to transform ordinary teams into High Performing teams.

Before founding Reality Gaming Concepts in 2007, Andy formed and led Customer Support teams for Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, HP, Research in Motion (Blackberry), Reuters and Fujitsu. There, he excelled in delivering top-notch Customer Experience, ensuring Customer Success and turning around toxic service desks and call centers. The highlight of his career was being recognized with the Fujitsu President’s award for Outstanding Achievements.

Reality Gaming Concepts is a bespoke consultancy that specializes in Team Building and Team Transformation. Utilizing the lessons and experience that he gained from working with underperforming teams, Andy created the T.E.A.M. program as a framework to help organizations transform teams and increase employee engagement.
