INTRODUCTION

Dr Ng is our Senior Consultant, he is an Industry experienced trainer registered with PSMB and has created modules that are aligned with current industry practice. Dr Ng has been in Metrology & Training industry since 1991, a PhD holder in Business (Sunway University), doing research by using Applied Statistics with big data, Master of Science in Pure Statistics (UM), BSc in Chemistry (UM) and also holds his EC Part II in Electrical and Electronic (UK), having Professional Certification from America Society for Quality for: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB). His multi-disciplinary educational background enabled him to create the essence of the company’s core technologies. Dr Ng is a IRCA Registered QMS Auditor and a Technical Assessor for ISO/IEC17025.

Dr Ng provide consultation and training services to helped several companies to set up their Calibration and Testing laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC17025. He has took part in the International Calibration Interlaboratory Comparisons organized by APLAC. He is engaged as a consultant and technical advisor for several companies and calibration and testing laboratories; a part time lecturer in the local university teaching probability and statistics subjects, usage and application of Statistical Software and a co-supervisor for students taking up Metrology subjects in local universities. Dr Ng has received many appreciations and gain many respect from the others in the field of metrology.

Dr Ng specialize in Dimensional Metrology, ISO/IEC17025, Statistical program and usage and application of varies Statistical Software. He has provided many Metrology programs, Statistical Quality Control programs and Engineering programs to industries such as Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Concept of Measurement, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Measurement and Calibration, Common Dimensional Measuring Technique, Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies (GR&R), Acceptance Sampling, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Usage and Applications of measuring equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Measuring projector and other Surface Metrology, Hands on Calibration for Dimensional Instruments and ISO/IEC17025 related programs. Dr Ng has customized many special programs helping industries to establish their measurement system, resolve statistical issues and quality issues.
