INTRODUCTION

More than 20 years' experiences in manufacturing and automotive body assembly. His previous experience in electronic parts manufacturing was with SONY (M) Sdn Bhd before embarked into Automotive Industry specializing in Metal Stamping and Body Assembly. During his service in DRB-HICOM (PHN Industry Sdn Bhd) he was attached to various departments such as Body Assembly and Metal Stamping Production, Supplier Quality, Dies Engineering, and his last position was as Head of Hicom Manufacturing System cum trainer, auditor for DRB-HICOM.

He has vast experience in automotive mass production, quality improvement, supplier development, Lean Production System and Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & IATF 16949) and 5S audit and implementation. He also was responsible to ensure knowledge of Lean Production System, 5s, Problem Solving, and Innovation Circle is disseminated throughout the PHN's satellite plants. During his service in PHN Industry he is responsible to lead Quality Residence Engineer team and Dies Engineering team in validating and approving the Dies, Checking Fixtures, Inspection Jigs and Assembly Jigs in Korea and Taiwan for Proton, Perodua and Honda's parts.

As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he is responsible in managing ICC/QIT/KIK team and coaching the facilitators and members for ICC/QIT team and has recorded series of victories in Customer's, local and National ICC/QIT Convention. In Business Excellence program, he is a Certified Assessor and was assigned to lead and implement the Business Excellence program in PHN Industry (DRB-HICOM group). Under his task, PHN had won the prestigious Prime Minister's Award, Anugerah Kecemerlangan Industri 2014. His career as a Trainer began since 2007 as a freelance for 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving and Automotive 5 Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA) and ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 consultation and training.
