Course Objectives

• In this Training program all participants will be trained on how to practice PERSONAL MASTERY
• which means:
  o Gaining dominance over people or thinking
  o Also a special level of proficiency (personal growth & learning)
• And how to use ‘Critical Thinking’ to achieve and enhance the above.
• Critical Thinking is basically how we can use different techniques to improve our critical thinking abilities and skills for effective decision making in our lives. “Critical thinking is a way of deciding whether a claim or a situation is true, partially true, or false.”

Target Audience

Managers, HOD’s, Executives, Leaders, all employees involved in Sales, Procurement and Quality Control.

Methodology

We will use slides, slide shows, video clips and case studies using actual
examples to ensure all participants understands the factors that contributes to Building Personal Mastery and Critical Thinking
