Innovation Accelerator Workshop

Objectives

Following the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
• dive into the customer and how the customer experiences the services and/or products.
• understand the importance of approaching problems and solutions from an holistic view
through value stream mapping.
• being able to detect root causes with several problem solving techniques
• the power of quick wins and low hanging fruits approaches
• define a target operating model
• set the required measurement cascading to measure success.
• set the foundations for a successful Agile delivery

Target Audience

  • Coaches, managers and champions in organizations that are targeted with internal coaching and learning in the area of innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship.

Methodology

A good understanding in the basics and concepts of Design thinking, Lean startup and Agile is required for the participants to follow the fast pace of the workshops.
