Resilience – Transforming Obstacles to Opportunities

Course Objectives

  • Discern the difference/s between resilient and non-resilient
  • Acquire knowledge relating to resilience models and techniques – and how to handle before, during and after adverse situations
  • Know what can impact resilience, and how to manage
  • Relate resilience to how it impacts work
  • Make it positive! How to de-camp from lack of resilience, hopelessness and pessimism
  • Be a good decision maker and enhance your coping strategies even when you are surrounded by stress

For all those who wish to improve resilience, reduce stress, and enhance effectiveness at personal or organizational levels

Methodology

The course will be delivered through a combination of Metaphoric and Learning-By-Doing approach, where the participants will be expected to go through various cases, examples, and scenarios which interact with the subject itself. Active learning activities are included to allow participants the opportunity to be fully engaged, and these may include (either webinar or physical workshops):
