Methodology

The Course content will be delivered through:

Game-Based Learning: Interactive, scenario-based games simulating real-world AI applications to demonstrate productivity improvement strategies.

Facilitative Methods: Guided group discussions and breakout sessions, enabling participants to collaboratively explore AI utilization for productivity.

Dynamic Debriefing: After each module, a structured reflection to help participants consolidate learning, identify practical applications, and develop actionable insights.

Course Modules

Day 1: Understanding AI’s Strategic Potential and Identifying Organizational Challenges

Module 1: Welcome and Setting Objectives for AI Strategy

Description:
The program begins with an orientation session, setting the objectives and expectations for the retreat. Participants will discuss their goals, share initial perspectives, and establish a collaborative environment for learning and strategy development.
