- Identify the core reason(s) of Authenticity blockage
- Work with the Emotional Wound for effective personal growth

Methodology

The Course content will be delivered through short lectures, group discussions, group presentation, scenario discussion and experiential learning.

Course Modules

MODULE 1: Awareness about own Limiting Beliefs

What are my beliefs – which are Empowering and which are Limiting
Challenging the old beliefs – Allowing for more spectrum of ideas and behaviours

MODULE 2: Dancing of Different Beliefs as a Leader

Acknowledging different beliefs and behaviours from team members
Finding the overlapping elements from different beliefs through

Acknowledging the beliefs of others
Create a win-win for contradicting beliefs, while keeping in mind the Emotional Needs that was being looked for

MODULE 3: Authenticity as the Element of Building Trust

Discovering the deep-down reason of not able to express authentically
Applying the AAA method (Awareness, Allowing and Acknowledging) with regards to the Emotional Needs that arise from the discovering work

MODULE 4: Seeing The Inner Child

Working with the Emotional Wounds identified earlier by applying the Inner Child techniques
Dance of Sunshine and Shadow Child
